TreasureBlox – a play-to-earn (P2E) Treasure-Hunt-As-A-Service platform is set to launch on the fastest, most decentralized and scalable Ethereum side-chain Meter in Q1, 2022. The platform will bring a unique blend of blockchain treasure hunts, play-to-earn (P2E) gameplay, nonfungible tokens (NFTs) and compelling storyline narratives to the Meter ecosystem.

The players in the Meter ecosystem will join the global community of Explorers in the TreasureBlox metaverse. In the first game, Ready Player One: Battle For The Grid, the Explorers fight it out in winner-takes-all team battles to crack the treasure vault and win the prize!

Explorers progress through the storyline of Ready Player One and level up by playing and beating mini-games to earn points and NFTs in the process. Once a team has earned enough points or solved the final riddle to unlock the treasure vault, the game is won and the winning team shares the prize between them.

A Proof-of-Attendance-Protocol (POAP) and global leader boards allow the TreasureBlox metaverse to persist across multiple blockchains and reach out into the physical world, creating a truly engaging metaverse and real-world treasure hunts.

“After six months of development and community testing, the TreasureBlox team is pleased to bring our first Treasure Hunt to the Meter Blockchain — we look forward to working with the Meter team to deliver a truly engaging experience to the Meter community. The platform enables us to deliver Treasure-Hunts-As-A-Service across projects and blockchains. We actively seek to broaden the explorer community further through our sustainable economic model,” said the TreasureBlox development team, commenting on the partnership.

Xiaohan Zhu, CEO of Meter.io said, “We are pleased to partner with TreasureBlox and kick start the GameFI ecosystem on Meter. Blockchain-based play-to-earn games represent a new paradigm in the gaming sector and help build an inclusive and passionate community.”
